My Safety Was Their First Priority!! I came in with the junkiest, old van, and they still treated me as if I was an owner of a brand new vehicle!! Each and every person I encountered, was more than gracious and helpful and truly concerned for my family's safety. That was just on my first visit, and shortly after I had to return due to another risk factor of an issue. I was once again taken care of in a timely manner, and even without an appointment. They had snacks and beverages and even a separate enclosed children's area. I, as well as the employees, Toni, Robby, and Mike, to name a few, who had helped me the first time, were just as concerned as I was to keep my vehicle, so we looked into my options and I left that same day in a BEAUTIFUL preowned SAFE vehicle!!! They didn't press me for any outlandish sale, or overprice my new vehicle! They took the time to explain to me all of my options for warranties and other protections for my car. I felt so secure for once to buy a car from a dealership, and know that every employee had my safety and budget in mind, not who could make a sale and profit from me. I feel safe in my car now with my kids. And secure that this was the best investment made!!! More

Just his presence and manner of helping me was calming and relaxing. He provides the exact opposite of what you typically experience in aggressive and abrupt salesmen. I never felt pressured. I felt valued. He took his time to make sure that I had the information necessary to feel good about my decision. He understands non-verbal cues and knew when to step away and give me space. The rest of his team seem personally invested as well and thanked me for my business. Their involvement in the process (esp afterwards) shows that they all understand the thing that is so hard to find- value of the customer experience and ongoing relationships. This is a team that I'm jealous of because they appear to enjoy what they do while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Great job guys! I'll be back again when I'm ready to trade in!! More
