He pointed out some unique features and answered all my questions and inquired about one he wasn't sure about. That was great. Very relaxed situation. Then, went to financing, Jeep gave us a great rate. While paperwork was being completed, he gave us a tour of the service dept. After the purchase, the sales manager thanked us and everyone we encountered was friendly. Also, the dealership offers snacks and drinks for free while you wait. That was nice. From the time we arrived to the time we left was 3.5 hours. More

Excellent in every way I was lucky enough to find the car I'd been dreaming of on Cars.com. My only issue was that the dealership was a 3 hour drive from my house. I conta I was lucky enough to find the car I'd been dreaming of on Cars.com. My only issue was that the dealership was a 3 hour drive from my house. I contacted them via e-mail (I hate talking on the phone) and over the course of 24 hours had the car secured and waiting for me. Jimmy took care of getting everything ready and having it waiting for me when I arrived to pick it up on Saturday. They were true to their word in every way and made the daunting experience of purchasing a used car out of state very easy. Still took a couple of hours, but then it was a lot shorter than my last car purchase. I highly recommend these guys for all of your new and used car needs. Great people to work with. More
