Im disgusted at being told I might have forged a document ( in front of other customers) Gates gave to me on Friday that I waited 4 hrs on my car to have to come back on Thursday for more work and its still ( in front of other customers) Gates gave to me on Friday that I waited 4 hrs on my car to have to come back on Thursday for more work and its still acting funny. Teh gentleman and fellow workers standing back there saying the F word over and over while we my family waited to get our car back along with the other customers.....Will never go back to 311 Ireland rd. The person I dealt with was lazy, I went with a flat and he told me the tire was shot, I got it fix at another garage for 35$ and they put it on.you guys charged me 30$ to put my ugly spear on. They had my truck for 86 days at the beginning of the year. Communication was not good. When I took it in for this oil change my appt was at 8 am. There was no communication from the advisor.
