Disappointed with service center. Brought my car in for a rattling noise in the front of car. I was told that it was a loose bolt and a new one was installed. When I got my car back a Brought my car in for a rattling noise in the front of car. I was told that it was a loose bolt and a new one was installed. When I got my car back and started it the noise from the engine was still there. Turns out that my serpentine belt tensioner was bad. Seems like dealership didn't even start the car or look at it. The noise is impossible to ignore. More

I've had decent service here before. This particular time however, I was disappointed in the time it took and, in my opinion, the exorbitant cost for the service. An oil change, tire r This particular time however, I was disappointed in the time it took and, in my opinion, the exorbitant cost for the service. An oil change, tire rotation and replacement of (2) TPI units was a total of $343. The oil change/rotation has a built in labor cost for the advertised service price. The TPI were $75 for the pair. The total labor charge was $168 for this particular portion of the service. I have mounted and balanced tires in my working career. There is no way it takes this amount of service time to dismount, change out the sensors and remount / balance . Very disconcerting. There was also a Labor / Other charge for $38 that factored into the cost becoming what it did. Yes, I was given the cost up front and approved the work. I was there and committed to having the service work performed. I was and still am just perplexed at how this service came to this amount of labor charge. The Misc. charge of $38 is questionable also. A couple shop rags and some hand cleaner? This just added to the overall bottom line creating sticker shock. The service took a bit over 2 hours. I had an appointment. It just seems to me to have been a very lengthy wait for the type of services that were rendered. More
