I made an appointment for an oil change like I have in the past. I arrived at Gates 15 minutes prior to the appointment. A simple oil change that I had an appointment for still took 1.5 hours for some reason. I had a $25 emailed oil change coupon code from GM that Phoenix wouldn't apply to the normal oil change. He did deduct $10 which I appreciated. He tried to point out in the fine print of the email how it couldn't be used as I expected. This was my 2nd or 3rd experience of similar outcome with Phoenix. Of all the customers in the area that Gate's has, I find it hard to believe that GM would single me out to send me a coupon that couldn't be applied. More
