About the service department, not satisfied at all. I purchased a 2019 Chevy Traverse two months ago, and I've already spent a little over $500.00 on it. They had a 100-point inspection on the vehicle, I purchased a 2019 Chevy Traverse two months ago, and I've already spent a little over $500.00 on it. They had a 100-point inspection on the vehicle, but the taillight assembly had a small hole. I didn't see it until a week later, brought it to their attention, and I had to pay for it. In addition, the car drives like it's pulling something, but every time they check it out, they can't find anything. I had someone ride with me and they took it out of 4-wheel drive and put it in 2-wheel drive. It seemed to alleviate the problem for a couple of days. Now, sporadically, it does it. I've never driven a car that had that problem, whether in 4-wheel or 2-wheel drive. Also, the brakes are squeaking annoyingly. I've taken it in several times, and they say the brake pads are fine, everything is operating as it should. They say moisture is building up in the brakes, and they can't do anything about that. It's annoying! I've never had a car that had a problem that couldn't be repaired. Very disappointing. More
