Disappointed with service center. Brought my car in for a rattling noise in the front of car. I was told that it was a loose bolt and a new one was installed. When I got my car back and started it the noise from the engine was still there. Turns out that my serpentine belt tensioner was bad. Seems like dealership didn't even start the car or look at it.
