The vehicle needed an extra day to repair the stated problems. And it still didn’t start working for another day! The inspection charges are bill padding per AI. I was furious when the truck wasn’t read problems. And it still didn’t start working for another day! The inspection charges are bill padding per AI. That is above $60 a hour what fair is per AI. More

While Gates complete my oil change and normal maintenance without issue, I had them take a look for any leaks on my 2026 vehicle. They said it was 'bone dry,' however, when returning home and letting my car without issue, I had them take a look for any leaks on my 2026 vehicle. They said it was 'bone dry,' however, when returning home and letting my car dry out due to the rainy weather I found that the plastic covering was still wet by the drivers tire. This led me to believe that they didn't look for a leak. I still have a leak and now have to take my car back in to see why and what is leaking. With that I was not happy with all of the service and I was annoyed in finding oily/grease marks on my center console when getting in my car as those were not there when dropping off my car. More
