I didn't feel valued upon arrival to the service area. I never do. No one says hello. They won't even look at you. I stand there obviously needing assistance and no one even bothers to say 'good morning' I never do. No one says hello. They won't even look at you. I stand there obviously needing assistance and no one even bothers to say 'good morning' or 'welcome in' or 'how can I help you.' I just stand there at the desk and wait until someone is annoyed enough to utter a word to me. It's absolutely horrible customer service if I'm being honest ... and it's not much better anywhere else. Unfortunately, people make assumptions and treat certain people differently for no good reason. There's definitely room for improvement. More
