Tom we would love to have made this a better experience for you. This vehicle was found for you in Pennsylvania and it took longer than expected. Due to Covid we have to drop off the registration paperwork to Mass DMV then pick it up after its completed. We got this done for you as quickly as possible. We also delivered the truck to you in Mass during a snowstorm to try to keep you happy. We strive to earn a customer for life and we hope you will utilize the free maintenance that came with your new truck so we can show you.

That is grossly incorrect. The reason it took longer was you guys didn't go get the truck. Covid had nothing to do with my insurance company contacting you 5 different times on 4 different days asking for the information to fill out the form needed to get the plate and never getting a answer. So even after I requested to be included on ALL emails with my insurance company because I was going to put a end to the finger pointing of someone not doing something. Very next email was either not sent or I was removed from the cc list. The sales Manager Tomas Gates is a joke he made no efforts to help he in fact threatened that if I did not say I was "happy" he was going to cancel the order and refuse to give me my truck that we had a contract on. I had a deposit on the truck. Due to the time restraints of needing to purchase before the end of the year as a company vehicle I had to tell mr. Gates "okay sir I am happy" despite what I really wanted to say. delivered during a snow storm???? FALSE you delivered BEFORE the snow storm stop with the lies. Zero snow had fallen and the ground was dry.... Then in true Gates fashion someone Lost my second key yet nobody wanted to tell me. So next best move send the runner and make him be the bad guy............ absolutely pathetic. When the truck was on the way they said they went to the parts department to get me a "gift" for all the trouble. That gift was a disposable water and cheesy Taiwan made lunch pail that I tossed the trash. I laughed when I saw the "gift" Next let's cover the "free" maintenance........ so Gates offers 4 free oil changes and a car wash included which will take a min of 1 hr to perform. I live like 70 miles and it is a solid 1 hr 30-40 minutes each way assuming I don't hit traffic. I explained to Gates I am not going to waste 5 hours for a oil change my entire day will be shot. In the beginning when they dropped the ball on all sorts of stuff I asked for them to toss in some floor mats that are 200 dollars and was told no. I asked several other times for the floor mats as a offering for their shortcomings and always told no. then when presented with this 400 dollar oil change I asked to trade the 400 worth of oil changes for some 200 dollar floor mats and again told no. I even asked for the floor mats at dealer cost and still told no LOL!!! This was a blatant case of arrogance by the entire Gates crew nobody gives a hoot. Nobody has reached out to correct anything they still have not sent me a check for the lost key that I had to go buy at a local dealer. After getting zero response from them on the key reimbursement I filed a complaint with General Motors and soon after filling the complaint I was told they would send a check for the key. You literally need to get GM involved to get these clowns to help out. This truck after all the fees and tax was just shy of $79,000. and I received a GM employee discount from GM for the month of Dec all customers get this and a additional thousand dollars off for being a Costco member. Essentially a full MSRP purchase and Tom Gates had the nerve to tell me he isn't making any money on this deal. Mr. Gates you are full of it and a LIAR!!!! absolute joke I hope GM holds you guys accountable for your pitiful performance. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE NEVER SHOP AT GATES. still waiting for the check for the keys. I was not only paying full price I was treated like dirt, threatened by the sales manager and then they lost my key and came close to refusing to pay for it till I got GM involved.
