Excellent service!!! My husband and I went here just to look for a used truck. Not expecting to even buy anything right away. Well we met this wonderful dealer named Tara My husband and I went here just to look for a used truck. Not expecting to even buy anything right away. Well we met this wonderful dealer named Tara Trasmus where she talked to us finding out what I wanted. She then went and pulled out a couple of vehicles which I tried but wasn't too keen on. So then she showed me the 2017 Nissan Titan which I fell in love with. She was very helpful in getting us the best deal ever,explaining everything to us. That day we left with our new truck!! Tara was very helpful and friendly a long with everyone there. I plan on bringing my son there when he gets back from his deployment in the Army and I will let other people know about what a great service we we're given. I knew what I wanted, and after calling 2 other dealerships and giving me the Ole come down and see us nonsense, I called Gates. I was very fortunate to get connected and hooked up with Nick Florentino who worked along side with Tom Gates and very simply understood mz situation, listened to what I requested, and worked their magic to find me a brand new truck within my means. It took a little time to complete the transaction doing everything via email, phone, txt you name it we did it. Even with a few additional requests to be added prior to pickup, they made it happen. This is exactly what I needed and to feel during a vehicle purchase. I commend the team from sales rep to management and finance coming together to make this all happen.
