Great experience! I contacted many of the Nissan dealers in CT to get the best deal I could. I dealt through e-mail allowing me to contact and get prices from all of t I contacted many of the Nissan dealers in CT to get the best deal I could. I dealt through e-mail allowing me to contact and get prices from all of them without driving all over the state. The only dealer that answered all of my questions up front without a fight and/or a phone call was Gates and their sales mgr Ryan. Ryan was super easy to deal with and willing to go the extra mile. The really do "get it". I was able to complete my deal mostly through e-mail minimizing the time I spent at the dealership. With that being said - they are great people to deal with in person too. Mark Kablanski was our salesman and he has a wealth of knowledge, is very personable, willing to answer any and all questions and had the answers to them. Great guy and great dealership. I normally don't do these review things but in this case I wanted to give credit where credit is due. More

Great dealership! I had bought a car from Gates of Windham a few years ago and had Bob Lussier as my salesman. I moved to Middletown Ct and had a dealership down the st I had bought a car from Gates of Windham a few years ago and had Bob Lussier as my salesman. I moved to Middletown Ct and had a dealership down the street from me. I was interested in getting a new Rogue and thought I would go down the street where it would be much easier.
