No Pressure and Great Customer Service!!!! My husband and I had originally started looking at vehicles at a competitor dealership. Having not found what we were looking for, we were referred to Gates by my mom, who had recently purchased a Yukon XL. We were originally not considering a GMC due to the fact that we originally thought it was outside our budget. Or original plan was to purchase a pre-owned Yukon, but after a visit to the dealership, one test drive, and multiple emails back and forth with Nate, we found that we could actually afford a brand new Sierra pickup. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly, and no pressure to sign on the dotted line then and there. I would highly recommend Gates to anyone in the market for a vehicle, and we will most definitely be back in the future for a Yukon for myself, as the Sierra is hubby's car. More
