Great leasing experience! I went to Gates just to look at my options, as I wanted to surprise my husband with a new car. My intent was to look and then to lease within the next I went to Gates just to look at my options, as I wanted to surprise my husband with a new car. My intent was to look and then to lease within the next few months. Well, I left there that night with two options of cars and emailed that night to inform Rick which one I wanted. He was awesome to work with and helped make my surprise a great one. I was surprised that the pricing was better than I thought (which I saw on the website before going to Gates), and they had enough car color options to pick the color I wanted. The next day when I went in to sign paperwork, several staff welcomed me back and everyone was pleasant from the first moment. They were also great a few days later when I took the car we were giving to my husband's parents to get detailed and I forgot to pick it back up before closing. I love Gates and am happy I made the initial call and ended up leasing from them. My husband was very surprised too! More

Recently read a similar review on their website where a woman’s husband is having medical issues & was dealt with in the same manner. She could not praise Gates Nissan enough, so we decided to give them a try. Let me state the overwhelming professionalism was truly unbelievable! We all know that Auto dealers have to make money hey that is there business, but the people at Gates go above & beyond. I submitted an online application within 30 minutes received a call back from there sales rep Jimmie Bletsch. After meeting Jimmie he is truly a down to earth person. No pressures, a kind considerate young man from the initial meeting to the end of her brand new 2014 Nissan. Next the Finance Manager Nick Truax again a kind considerate young man who does everything he can possibly do on the financing part.
