Had a very good experience, Purchased a new 2014 Nissan Frontier. I was given a very fair trade in value on my old truck. I came to Gates knowing exactly what I wanted after seeing an advertisement in the turnpike buyer. Ryan and Nate in sales were great and never tried to sell me something more than I wanted. Nate was very knowledgeable of the Nissan product and was helpful but not pushy. When I got to the finance manager he was awesome. I came with my financing in hand however Brian suggested I try Nissan and they got me approved at 1.9% I could not have asked for anything better! I saved 6$ a month and one year of payments!!! My gates buying experience was awesome and I will buy there again and quite frankly I don't see myself buying anywhere else now. I sure hope their service lives up to the sales experience.
