Had an overall great experience. Having been in an accident that totaled a previous vehicle i found the staff to be encouraging. The only thing that i did not like was that the loan was financed in my accident that totaled a previous vehicle i found the staff to be encouraging. The only thing that i did not like was that the loan was financed in my mom's name so that i could get financing. I have no problem with this but mom likely wouldn't like it if she knew. I was looking for a new car and the buick verano was on I was looking for a new car and the buick verano was on my list of cars that I researched online and wanted to test drive. My partner and I went out I was looking for a new car and the buick verano was on my list of cars that I researched online and wanted to test drive. My partner and I went out on a Saturday after one of our snowstorms to look for a car. We went and drove some cars and then made our way to Gates to look around. We weren't at the dealership more then a few minutes before we had a couple of salesmen ask us if we needed any assistance. The first salesmen we told him we were just looking .Then we found the veranos after we looked at the verano on the outside Tyler Magnan approached us and asked if we would like to look inside and take it for a test drive . Well we felt bad for Tyler because like I said before there was a snowstorm the day before so there was snow still on the ground. Tyler in his nice shoes and dress clothes trudged through the foot of snow that was still between the cars got in it and moved it for us so we could check it out and take it for a drive. So we took it for a drive Tyler was very informative about the the verano and answered all of our questions in detail . There was no pressure put on us to buy this vehicle which was very nice. When we got back to the dealership after the test drive we met Patrick (Tyler's boss ) he asked us how we liked the car. We both said it was a nice ride. So the next thing we know Patrick is asking us if we wanted to take the car for the rest of the weekend to drive and decide if it was the one for us. Linda and I looked at each other saying WOW I never heard of a dealership letting you take a car to test drive for a weekend before!!!! At first I was a bit nervous taking a NEW car for the weekend . Well we decided to to go for it . We put on quite a few miles that weekend testing it out and when Monday came and we had to bring it back we had pretty much decided it was the car for us. But there were a few accessories I wanted put on the car so we started with the negotiating on these items and the price. I thought this was going to be the worst part but I was wrong it was painless and Patrick and Tyler worked with us to give us all we were asking for . I am very happy with my experience buying my NEW 2013 Buick Verano from Gates and dealing with Tyler and Patrick. Thanks guys you made this experience fun .
