Very poor customer service in the service department. Was basically told to pound sand and see another dealer after my truck was in for a week only to leave with both same problems if arrived for. And to top off my frustration, service manager hung up phone on me after not being able to tell me what was done.Guess its hard to find a service department who has techs who do not guess on repairs. Factory trained technicians haha keep guessing guys. Nothing against the dealership it self just big problems with service department. More

I started by requesting internet quotes from numerous dealers with Gates being the farthest from my residence. Chad Rivers from Gates and several other dealers responded immediately with quotes and telephone calls.While the quotes were higher than I could afford, Gates and one other dealer were the lowest quotes. After several weeks I was still trying to decide whether to get the Murano or a GMC Terrain, a vehicle that I had a "too good to pass up" quote on from a local dealer. My wife liked the GMC but we really wanted the Murano. I sent Gates and the other dealer one last e-mail telling them the price I needed to make a deal. Chad called and said he would talk to the boss and they would see what they could do. Much to my surprise he quoted me an "out the door price" that was too good to pass up. Initial paper work was done online. Later Eric Gates called and thanked us for making the purchase. I have bought or leased numerous cars for nearly 50 years and this deal was the easiest and in my mind the best I ever made. All without ever having gone to the dealership. These folks really want to do business. They are responsive, cordial, and never pushy with take it or leave it pitches. Best of all, my wife is very happy which is a good thing. More
