Tomas is a very attentive sales person. Even though the atmosphere at Gates seems very hectic at times from a customers standpoint he never kept me waiting. The questions I did ask were answered. I've been looking for a Yukon XL or Suburban for a couple of months now and seen the one at Gates several times but I wasn't looking to spend that much, but after visiting several dealers through out CT and of months now and seen the one at Gates several times but I wasn't looking to spend that much, but after visiting several dealers through out CT and MA and being disappointed with the sales persons and managers along with price vs trade in. Once I walk into Gates GMC and greeted with a friendly staff I was off to good start, then when saw and test drove the Yukon XL, it was the color and interior I was wanted but the price was a little more than I wanted to spend BUT it was to nice to pass up and I felt in good hands with Gates GMC.
