Thomas Gates was very helpful in finding me a car that fits all my needs. When I came into pick up the car Thomas was out on a test drive with another customer so instead of making me wait for Thomas to fits all my needs. When I came into pick up the car Thomas was out on a test drive with another customer so instead of making me wait for Thomas to come back Paul Bacon starting getting everything moving so I didn't have to wait. As soon as Thomas came back I went back to working with Thomas. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. i rate this dealership because i was going to get a truck so i was lookin around and a sales guy comes out i nicely introduce myself and he did to me we talked told him what i was lookin for i gave him a pic so i was lookin around and a sales guy comes out i nicely introduce myself and he did to me we talked told him what i was lookin for i gave him a picture of it and we looked for it but couldnt find it but then i saw something else i was intrested in so jeremy was nice of enough to show me the whole dealership cuz it was my first time there after that we took the car that i was intersted looked at from inside and out after took for a test drive after that i bought it so i deff recommend the dealership but mostly jeremy cuz he helped me out alot with the car and showed me everything i need to know about the car so i rate everything A+++++++ More
As exciting as it is buying a new vehicle, it can also be a very anxious and nervous situation. I visited a couple other Nissan dealerships searching for the good price. I don’t recommend Gates Nissan – Car salesmen will force you into selling your soul. They should be embarrassed. My mom recently purchased a car from Gates. Salesman wanted to tack on every single exte you into selling your soul. They should be embarrassed. My mom recently purchased a car from Gates. Salesman wanted to tack on every single extended warranty and fee under the sun. Talked her into financing because that’s the only way to get the $1000 rebate. But, they charged $700 for finance administration. Worth it to save $300? Hardly. They saw her coming a mile away. Older woman with a broken accent, from a foreign land. Yeah. $$$ rang in their eyes. When my mother told the salesman no and he finally let go, they made arrangements for pickup and paper signing. She shows up and the Gen Manager has fees after fees for various items tacked on. Finance administration (not interest). Paint warranty, extended warranty, you name it. She argued for over 5 hours with them that she didn’t want them. (New vehicle no less). But the Gen manager stated “you really do need it. It really has to be on here. You don’t want to go without it.” She admitted she should have walked, but they broke her down. Shame on Gates and the whole Nissan crew. I have dealt with them once. They are forceful and try to convince you to buy into things you don’t need – or want. But I’ve seen them with elderly, and with language challenged individuals. They push harder using terms like “you need this to ensure your vehicle is covered”. They use sales gimmicks that should be banned. If I could convince her to shove the car where the sun doesn’t shine, I would. I have never seen someone purchase a car and look so beat up and saddened over it. I will never ever recommend Gates Nissan or any Gates dealership. More
I would recommend Gates GMC Nissan, because of the quality and the way that the Sales Staff handled my needs for a vehicle.
