Just picked up a new Terrain from Gates and couldn’t be happier with the entire process from start to finish. Martin Quinones in sales was super prompt on fielding my initial request and quickly communicat happier with the entire process from start to finish. The current market is a bit challenging with supply chain issues and prior to contacting Gates I was faced with what I felt was a lack of customer service and empathy given the current market. Martin did a great job of understanding my goals and made it as painless as possible working through numerous scenarios with me before I ever visited the dealership. Once I got to the lot everything was as expected and efficient. Chris the finance manager was great too. I would highly recommend Gates and Martin to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More
