Looking for an suv I went to Gates and several other dealerships in the area, Laporte, Michigan City, etc. I was looking for a new or used SUV because my 10 yr old Ponti I went to Gates and several other dealerships in the area, Laporte, Michigan City, etc. I was looking for a new or used SUV because my 10 yr old Pontiac G6 had several issues and I felt I needed something better to get thru this winter. I looked at all the different SUV's in the Gates car lot and settled on the RAV because of looks, style and features. The sales associate, Mike, was very helpful and informative. We took a test drive and I liked the way it drove and I liked being up higher, which makes it easier to see out. I went to other car lots and test drove other vehicles, but I finally made a decision that this black SUV RAV was the one I wanted. I went back to Gates and told Mike and finalized the transaction. I commend Mike because he did not once call and harass me to come back in. He left it to me to make contact whenever I made a decision. Thanks for a positive car buying experience. More

Gates Toyota, Went in to get new tires installed, that installation went well. Was there just an hour and a half. The waiting room is comfortable and clean. When my service was complete brain mentioned to me that my truck frame had holes in it and took photos of the holes and informed me of the warranty recall campaign that Toyota had to cover the corrosion problem with Tacoma trucks and got the process going to notify Toyota of the holes in my frame. Brian really help me a lot. More

When I got my receipt they were $10. each and $5.00 eash to install. What did it take 3 minutes each to replace and you charged $10. I knew there would be a labor charge but I just thought that was a little much. More
