Told me I needed a new alternator and serpentine belt. $1013.00 later, I pick up the car, drove it 3 miles home and the next day the battery was dead. Now I have to go through the whole ordeal again. I had to wait a week to get it in to be checked out initially, I was supposed to be in Indy to see my grandson Friday, but I will have to be at the service center instead at 7am. I'm retired. I thought going to a Toyota dealership and service Center I would be getting the proper service for my vehicle. Now I have to charge the battery, which is new, and arrange transportation to get home and back to collect the vehicle. I don't imagine that will be a good scenario and I'll probably have to buy another $200 battery. Not happy at all. I normally have them do my oil service and filters. I have had problems with them over filling the oil and under inflating the tires. Up charge for extra oil! More

Service department is rough. They just gaslight you and try to get you to believe that the issue you're experiencing (that should be under warranty) isn't real.
