Gateway Chevrolet was great from the minute I parked to making a deal and driving away in my newly purchased vehicle. When I pulled up, Carlos Herrera greeted me and I told him right away what vehicle I wa making a deal and driving away in my newly purchased vehicle. When I pulled up, Carlos Herrera greeted me and I told him right away what vehicle I was there to look at. He was very personable and easy to talk to. Once I decided I liked the vehicle the manager was quick to make negotiations. I ended up leaving with the vehicle of choice! I am still awaiting g a couple items such as the windshield replacement and floor mats but so far, my experience has been great. Thank you and thank you to Carlos for being so awesome. More
I have left two messages for the sales manager to call me back on mistakes on the paperwork I signed. The paperwork I signed says the car had 58,000 miles on it and it actually has 74,000 miles. This was questioned when I signed and the finance manager checked the paperwork and said yes it does have 58,000 miles. This will affect the extended warranty. Still have not gotten a call back More

Horrible experience the service director was no where near professional and not even trying to make things right on their part only offering to have another technician look at it after I complained about near professional and not even trying to make things right on their part only offering to have another technician look at it after I complained about how this was robbery since my suburban had the same issues as the first time I took it in to be fixed a year n half ago. He said it wasn’t but I explained how it was having the same issues but he kept denying it, which im sure to make sure the dealership didn’t have to honor the 2 year warranty of the first “fix”. Horrible and worst experience getting my vehicle serviced there, I will NEVER take my vehicle there again! More
