This was one of the worst experiences that I've had at a dealership in many years. The sales people are just congregated in the waiting area. The male and female salespeople are cursing in Spanish constantl dealership in many years. The sales people are just congregated in the waiting area. The male and female salespeople are cursing in Spanish constantly. The girls were the louder and frequent offenders of the foul language use. After bringing this up with my salesperson, I was separated to a different area where you only have couches. I was at your dealership in 2 different occasions. In the 1st instance, the salesperson was kind but used "bad information" to get me to the dealership, I had called the dealership for specific car that was supposed to be at the lot, was told that it was there but notified that it wasn't once I got there (1hr drive one-way across the city). I test drove a vehicle because I needed to kill time as they "needed to evaluate my trade-in". After the test drive the salesman wouldn't hand my car keys back to me. After letting him know that I wasn't interested in the vehicle that I test drove, he pushed and even brought out the manager. By this time I had already asked for my car keys several times, but the salesman notified me that the manager had them. Once the manager got to me (after a long wait), I notified the manager that we couldn't continue with any further conversations until my keys were returned to me, at which the salesman produced them from his pocket. We exchanged some words with that manager, another manager came by to inquire about the 2 cars, I notified him that the only car I came in for and that I was told that was there, wasn't there and I wasn't interested in the new vehicle. I ended up leaving after spending a few unwanted hours there. Later in the week I was notified by your internet department that the car was now available at the lot. I notified them that I had a poor experience the previous time that didn't want to deal with the same salesman from my 1st visit... the salesman from my 1st visit called me back, ugh. I was really interested in the vehicle at the advertised pricepoint, so I went back. Test drove the vehicle and asked for the final price. There were several added-on prices that I asked for them to be removed. I almost walked out again, but ended up purchasing the vehicle anyways. After several hours I was able to drive away... The very next morning I wake up to a dead car. The car had a dead battery, I was sold a car with a dead battery. I took the battery to a local store for testing and showed up as a bad-battery on the tester. I purchased a new battery, rather to try to deal with your dealership (1hr away) on getting a battery. I won't be back. More

They did good on response to repairing my wife's car. She mentioned Cody being very professional and kind. We did have to bring it back the next day to repair a wire that they had missed for the headligh She mentioned Cody being very professional and kind.
