I dropped off my truck and tried calling service for a day and a half and wasn’t able to get a hold of anybody to see if my truck was ready. I went for an oil change because I received a coupon by mail and when I got there I was told they did not accept coupons. The person helping me he said he would give me a discount so I would pay the same a mail and when I got there I was told they did not accept coupons. The person helping me he said he would give me a discount so I would pay the same amount as the coupon said however when I got there I was charged a full amount and then I was told someone else paid my bill and I paid a different persons bill. Days later I got a call that my payment did not go through but my bank reflected that amount taken so I explained to the person what happened and he apologized. Point is I had never experience such a poor service from someone there. I am very disappointed. More
