I am in the vehicle service industry and frequent many shops and talk with lots of people and needless to say m What a relief, A little about myself. I am in the vehicle service industry and frequent many shops and talk with lots of people and needless to say my Subaru Out Back is 100% crucial to my work. Although I would normally take my vehicle to Gateway Subaru I thought I would try a place closer to my home as it seemed to be a normal shop and save me some drive time. What a huge mistake, My car was rendered unusable once they were done with what should have been a simple repair. I contacted Kris Parker, service manager at Gateway Subaru service department. At that point Kris and his staff were on it. We went over a couple repair options. My car was completed in timely manner and at a cost effective price. Yes, I'm that guy that's really likes his car and everything about what the Out back offers. Thank you again Kris and to you staff, Keri and Shane. I was back in the dealership on Monday morning finishing up the paperwork with Steve and Zach. The entire process was super smooth from start to finish. In 16 years I will go back to Gateway for my next new car. In the meantime I will see everyone there when I take my car in for service. Best part...I love my car! More
