We normally do not like car salesman at all and had been looking for two years for a different car. We only stopped there to look at a used car we saw advertised. When we told Jamie what we were looking for, she suggested the Subaru Crosstrek. We liked it. It was the right size for us, the price was in our budget and we got a fair price for our trade in. We had gone to many other places and I just got a headache and we had to leave. She was not pushy and it was so refreshing to not be pressured. My husband and I do not like that. I would recommend her and the other people there were very nice also. It's time car dealers found out that they turn people off with all the pressure. We would like to recommend her and the dealership. More

He was very patient as I test-drove literally every type of vehicle they offer at Subaru, he was extremely knowledgeable on every vehicle, detail, and accessories. Jamie Hopper asked if she could help, and she never stopped helping and answering questions. She could not have been any nicer...and her patience was extremely appreciated. If I asked a question and she wasn't sure, she would pop up, and go find the answer. Jamie would explain all the newest features in late models that I was unfamiliar with...even pared up my bluetooth! That meant the world to me. Everyone there I dealt with was very nice.
