Debbie Patton went above and beyond from the get-go. I just moved to Melbourne from Germany for my new Air Force assignment. We had been to many dealers and private parties, My wife was approached by Chris a few days before we came there, She liked him so when we came back we looked for him. But this morning we decided to go up to see him, called him on the way up, he said he would meet with us when he finished with the customer he was workig with when we called, upon arrival he was still working with the customer, but made time to get a car ready for a test drive until he finished with the customer. All of the above were friendly, patient, and concerned with helping find the right vehicle for me. I am not an easy person to satisfy and have a tendency to confuse others to the point I can be a frustr with helping find the right vehicle for me. His cordial cooperative mannerisms rated highly with me. Charlie, the Manager on Nasa, also went out of his way to help me make my purchase.
