He was the mechanic that worked on my 2010 Chrysler Tow & Country. Tommy went out of his way to insure the comfort of myself and my Daughter and took the time to explain things. He also managed to get the warranty on my brakes extended. Steve took my vehicle for a test drive, put it on the rack and found out why I was having a "Shimmy" when braking. He found the bolts that hold the Right Front Strut was extremely loose. They showed it to me and in my opinion, it was DANGEROUSLY loose. I would like to thank Gator Chrysler/Dodge for hiring such competent individuals. I know my Daughter and myself are much more at ease driving this vehicle. Sincerely Louie W Goodner Jr More

Everyone from the salesman Jeff Whipple to the finance department were very friendly and helpful. Their was no presure and at the last minute request for a front-end alignment, and oil change it was done department were very friendly and helpful. Mike Kelly was very friendly and helpful.He worked to locate a vehicle we could afford due to the fact we were paying by cash and have a limited budget.
