He was the mechanic that worked on my 2010 Chrysler Tow & Country. Tommy went out of his way to insure the comfort of myself and my Daughter and took the time to explain things. He also managed to get the warranty on my brakes extended. Steve took my vehicle for a test drive, put it on the rack and found out why I was having a "Shimmy" when braking. He found the bolts that hold the Right Front Strut was extremely loose. They showed it to me and in my opinion, it was DANGEROUSLY loose.
