From the the time I walked in to Gator Ford the entire staff was friendly and helpful. Ghandi was my service adviser and went above and beyond what I expected. I asked to have the technicians looking in staff was friendly and helpful. Ghandi was my service adviser and went above and beyond what I expected. I asked to have the technicians looking into a potential oil leak and within a few hours I received a call from Ghandi stating there was a leak and it would be covered under warranty. The repair took 3 days which I was told in advance, during the repair Ghandi went on vacation (well deserved), however Bryan jumped right in to takeover. That's what you call team work in addition to great costumer service. I live in East Orlando but will travel to Gator Ford for future service work. More
