Brian Farley dealt w me on a tricky sometimes frustrating situation like a true pro and I know customer service well. Dude seriously needs a raise unless he already makes 6 figures and then he’s good. If not I’m recommending a 25% salary increase and 10 less hours a week. Super knowledgeable, patient and a rarity today caring and honest. On the real that was all real and I’m not a friend of Brian’s being funny but after this experience he’s definitely someone I call bro, dude, buddy (you know what I mean) but most importantly completely trust with my wife’s beloved Explorer and family’s safety.
