We didn't give up and we thought we'd try Gatorland Toyota one more time and luckily we were greeted by Ron, or Buck as he goes by, and he turned the entire experience around from negative and overwhelming to enjoyable and even exciting. He was about getting us into a car to test drive it immediately, not about the numbers or financing. He listened to us and was just honest with us, a decent human being and not just a sales guys with schemes and smooth words. Buck made us want to buy a car from Gatorland Toyota, and he will be the reason why we would come back again. Leonard is a wonderful person to deal with. As a single woman, I am used to being "ripped off" by car mechanics and service people in general.
