Gatorland and Gettel just provided one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Due to this after more than 20 years of wonderful customer service experiences and many vehicles purchased customer service experiences of my life. Due to this after more than 20 years of wonderful customer service experiences and many vehicles purchased by my family from this company, I will now bring my business elsewhere since they seem not to care about their own egregious mistake. I brought my Sequioa in for regular maintenance but when it came out of the service bay, it was smeared with grease and had a small dent & scratch in it. Accidents happen and initially my service representative and the service manager, Chris Harris, said that they could schedule to have it fixed. Since it wasn’t a very big, I was told it would take less than an hour to repair but could have a loaner car if I didn’t want to wait. Mr. Harris said he would call me to schedule the appointment. After several days I left him a voicemail message asking when we’d be able to schedule. Still no contact. I then wrote Tyler Hill, General Manager, for assistance. No response from him If they didn’t want to fix the accident they caused they should have just said so instead of feeding me platitudes. And to not follow up and address this incident is beyond pale.
