When you tell a customer that they have a certain percentage rate for financing, and then you send them to financing and are told that you have a higher interest rate, and they fast talk to you to si percentage rate for financing, and then you send them to financing and are told that you have a higher interest rate, and they fast talk to you to sign papers that is not very good business More

Disclose all additional cost upon initial contact with customer. Did not find out until I arrived at dealership that they’re 2000$ worth detailing that went along with the purchase. Something I would like to have known about before driving 1.5hrs. Since I live so far away and seldom travel that far south it’s a luxury that may be wasted but paid for. Just another added expense. I came twice in Gatorland Toyota to test drive a used vehicle I had in mind. Eric was very dedicated to explain me the vehicle history and any questions I had. Ian Roberts took good care of me and was very polite and helpful. Had a leaking tire, called Ian and he got me in without an appointment. Turns out I needed 4 new tires and also an oil change. Dropped off t helpful. Had a leaking tire, called Ian and he got me in without an appointment. Turns out I needed 4 new tires and also an oil change.
