Been going to Gatorland service department for over 10 years. Several times we thought we needed an expensive repair and we told no and fixed ir for much less than we thought. She ALWAYS texts updates, calls for approvals, texts when done. She is efficient, professional, caring. She knows we don’t want fluff stuff done. Just what’s needed. Work is always done completely and car is returned cleaner than when we dropped it off. Great job, service department!!! More

I arrived at 8:30am and left at 11:30am for a desired tire change. Granted, the tire was under warranty however, it should have been repaired/fixed and the customer sent in their way instead of waiting f tire change. My time was not regarded as valuable and this is unacceptable. The staff there I find to be very friendly and thoughtful however the management should have made the decision to fix and finish, send me in my way and call about tire after I had left. More
