This would have been a 5 out of 5 rating before my last service experience. At my latest vehicle service appointment my vehicle’s dash indicted faulty tire pressure. After the service tech checked it I was service experience. At my latest vehicle service appointment my vehicle’s dash indicted faulty tire pressure. After the service tech checked it I was told that he couldn’t figure out which tire it was so suggested replacing all 4 sensors at the cost of $850! I explained to the service rep that I had recently replaced one and was not going to replace all 4 just because the tech couldn’t figure out which one was faulty. Come to find out, the device reader was actually faulty! At the end I was given a 15% discount for my service that day, but I would really have liked an apology. Instead the rep repeatedly told me how thorough the service tech was…Needless to say I was disappointed in this service dept that day. More

Initial service requirement was for a eft taillight busted light repair. But it was discovered that it was also time for a maintenance. Uber service was given to me. they found more things to fix, and busted light repair. But it was discovered that it was also time for a maintenance. Sadly, No carpet courtesy service anymore. took the truck home. But the tailight left bulb was still not fixed, my original problem! You just have to find all other problem, make money for the repairs but didn't fix what I came in for. 😔🤨 More
