Service was fairly good. Toyota is new to me so I’m comparing right now. I’ve only been there (2) times. The last service was to check tire. The service person changed seating in my car as well as steering wheel adjustment. I don’t know for what reason adjustments was needed for the inside of vehicle especially the steering(it was almost in my lap). I didn’t like that at all! The next appointment I will definitely inform service agent to please not make any adjustments in this area. Thank you More

Ian Roberts, my service rep, did his usual great job. However the air conditioning in the showroom wasn’t working and it was uncomfortably warm during my two hour wait for my 4Runner. It’s past time to spend the money to repair or replace the HVAC system. Also the bathrooms need fresh paint and real paper towels not cocktail napkins More
