We scheduled an appointment for routine service. They were very busy and unfortunately I had to wait instead of just dropping and returning. They did not discuss any of the issues with the car(which were minimal), but the paper worked noted that they spoke with me and I declined the work. That did not happen. We are typically very happy with Gatorland and understand the shortage of staff and busy Saturday. More
