21 years in as sales/finance manager in Powersports and I can tell you unequivocally…. The presence of an owner of that dealership is absolutely null. This business is where the word “stealership” was born and will be you demise to places like Carvana and Carmax. Grant Cardone years ago before 10x focused on “time and price” give the customer a time and price as quickly as possible they will over come sticker shock knowing it will be done by Mon, Tues, etc…….. my truck sat for a week. I was there 3 times in person. There’s recalls on my tundra that I made sure were looked into. They were not even mentioned again. I got 40 different stories from my service writer about how it could be $600 all the way to 6k. Quoted me 2480$ for a part that your very deal shop has online for $1660. I had to order it myself I was told so I did. They very day they said it would be shipped all of the sudden is back ordered. For a month. Maybe longer. BUT maybe not….. THAT WAS IT. no one lifted a finger let alone a phone receiver including your service manager. I was told hurry up and wait. So I told them to hurry and grab my keys. The absolute zero F’s given is chilling. 21 years.. what the xxxx do I know….. I know the coffee was always empty and there’s clearly no captain at the wheel of that place and I wouldn’t let my ex wife that stole 300k even get her oil changed there. More
This is my 3rd Toyota from this dealership, which says a lot in my opinion. If I had not been impressed with the service and attention to details I certainly wouldn’t still be a loyal customer.
