I arrived on time, and my car was received immediately. The check in area was small but adequate with one customer in front of the desk and a chair behind for me. The person who reviewed the services scheduled was friendly and thorough but unmasked. His coworker in the small area was also unmasked. The waiting area was open with high ceiling and comfy chairs but had quite a few people waiting. I found a bench in a less populated area near the free donuts and bottled water. I took a water bottle and waited maybe 90 minutes for my oil change. More services were recommended, but I was told I'd be okay for my upcoming drive from GNV to Orlando and back, which was the info I needed. More
It's a 5 star experience if you plan to drop off your vehicle. If you plan on waiting for your vehicle even with an appointment you will be there for at least 3 hours and that's being generous. There always seems to be a disgruntled customer, they seem to make their way to Nancy Voss who is an absolute pleasure to work with, I have been there myself. I have plenty more I can go on about from previous experiences but I'll just leave it at this still based off my last 2 visits. More

Helped me out of jam! My son needed an urgent repair on a non-Toyota vehicle, and I had to set it up from 250 miles away while he took care of other matters. The rep on chat was extremely courteous and helpful (I wish I had her name!), and Ian did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing! The job was done sooner and less expensive than initially estimated. Couldn't be happier! (Put a competitor across the street to shame!) More
