Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I spent 5 hours waiting for my car to get done. My appointment was for 9am. No one even looked at my car until noon. And it took two more hours to fi I spent 5 hours waiting for my car to get done. My appointment was for 9am. No one even looked at my car until noon. And it took two more hours to finish the work. I was told “we are short staffed.” If you’re short staffed, then why are you taking so many appointments? I went in for an oil change and was told I needed over $1500 worth of work, which I declined. I asked to have my battery looked at because my battery wasn’t charging and wouldn’t start sometimes. After a $371 battery was put in, my battery still doesn’t charge. Completely ridiculous. I doubt I will be returning to Gatorland for anything, but especially furtive services of my vehicle. More
