Greatest Experience Yet! I saw Iliana on Saturday 7/7 and she was soo pleasant! I always have a long wait and even though I was present for just a R tailight replacement she m I saw Iliana on Saturday 7/7 and she was soo pleasant! I always have a long wait and even though I was present for just a R tailight replacement she made my experience pleasurable. I wanted to shuttle home to rest before a long trip and even though the driver was scheduled to leave for another half hour she arranged for him to drop me home. I have been using Gatorland Toyota for about 6 years and prior to that weekend I always had a terrible experience there so I always prepared for the worse. Iliana made me forget about all that with her professionalism and how she went the extra mile to make sure I had an enjoyable experience. I am grateful I got to have her as my service advisor and hope I experience more like her in the future! More
