The overall work performed was good. I was a little dissatisfied with the wax that was not removed in the area by the windshield wipers. Took my truck in for service. They don't allow appointments so you have to take your chances. On this day, I asked the service writer how long it would be. He said 35 min. When I asked why the difference between estimated time and actual time I found a defensive and dismissive employee. You pay a premium for an oil change here. What you get in return is attitude. I saw my truck just sitting there for 15 min while they messed around. There are 100 places to get an oil change in Las Vegas. I won't be back at this one any time soon. More
