Both Eric and Cathy have always treated me right when I bring either of my F150s in for service. My 2006 F150 has 195,000 miles and all of the services have be done at Gaudin. I rated customer service only "good" because I waited about five minutes for a service advisor to come out the the Quicklane. Then, with three customers waiting, three service advisors came out a waited about five minutes for a service advisor to come out the the Quicklane. Then, with three customers waiting, three service advisors came out at once. On a previous visit (10/15/12)I was told that the Quicklane area was backed up and I could expect at least an hour wait, so I left without getting my oil changed. More
