my newly purchased jeep went in for a tune-up and was returned to me 1 and 1/2 months later with a different engine in it. the (new) engine had almost 20,000 more miles on it than when i purchased the je returned to me 1 and 1/2 months later with a different engine in it. the (new) engine had almost 20,000 more miles on it than when i purchased the jeep. they did not ask or inform of this. after threatening them with a layer they agreed to give me a full value trade. not open to this at first but eventually agreed. i purchased another vehicle only to get screwed again. this time the vehicle is great but they wound up finageling an extra 1000.00 out of me. they are not making friends at gaughan, they are making enemies.
