Terrible experience. They had my car for a month telling me it was the transmission, but, couldn’t get to it due to short staffing. When I took the car there I told them They had my car for a month telling me it was the transmission, but, couldn’t get to it due to short staffing. When I took the car there I told them it was the battery. They disagreed. Told me they couldn’t release the car. I stood my ground, made threats to seek help from owner. Eventually, they called me back and told me it was the battery. I’m female, 74 years old. AND owned a Ford dealership for 37 years. I’m not stupid and was treated very poorly. More

Customer Service Shuttle driver (Knight) was polite and got family of 6 over to hotel and provided pro tips of the Amarillo area and services nearby.
