Needed help figuring out my factory code for keyless entry on a ‘21 Corsair. Came by first thing in the morning and was told they could do it, but that they were really busy and didn’t want me to have t entry on a ‘21 Corsair. Came by first thing in the morning and was told they could do it, but that they were really busy and didn’t want me to have to wait for 3-4 hours, so to come back later that afternoon. Returned that afternoon and told by a different tech that their code reader wasn’t able to figure out the factory code and then tried to upsell me to buying a second fob as the only solution. As a Lincoln dealership, I find it hard to believe there’s no other means to determine what the factory code is. Very unprofessional to waste my time by having me leave and come back only to try to upsell. More
Staying in Amarillo the morning we were leaving the check engine light came on in our Ford F-250 Truck. We called Gene Messer Ford and they got us in at 10:30. Fortunately we were assigned Jeremy Chastain as engine light came on in our Ford F-250 Truck. We called Gene Messer Ford and they got us in at 10:30. Fortunately we were assigned Jeremy Chastain as a service advisor. He came out and identified the problem himself and took our vehicle to be worked on. He kept us up to date on everything and made sure we were comfortable while waiting. They had us back on the road in a few hours. Wish we had a Dealership with people like Jeremy working there where we live. More

I was greeted by a service manager as I exited my vehicle. I was checked in quickly and a mechanic was inspecting my truck within 10 minutes of my scheduled appointment.
