Truck was in and out of shop. Did not have parts. Went in for recall on door latch. Passenger met the recall requirements and driver door did not. Called today and spoke with serv Did not have parts. He said it had been months, basically he did not care. Also when in shop originally was sent a video that the brake and antifreeze fluid looked bad and needed serviced. So I got a quote of 1500.00 approx. I had my brake and antifreeze tested with the strips and both were normal. Danny the service advisor really didn’t have an explanation for that. I knew this when my truck was still in their shop, however I needed my truck fixed and did not want anything else “ found “ that needed replaced. Plus I was trying to save some embarrassment for the service advisor, Danny. Danny knew I was not happy with how long it took for door to be fixed, I have not given a review because Danny seemed understanding of my concern. However after talking with him today about the window tint and his lack of concern I decided to give a review. I asked if I needed to go to another dealership and he said to feel free to take it to another dealership. More

They always take care of me and aren’t pushy with suggestions. As much as I hate to throw him out there because he’s busy already and want to selfishly keep him to myself as much as possible, I have suggestions. I arrived early. I was offered a ride home so the engine could cool off enough for the technition to do his work and not get injured. Repairs completed when promised. My pick-up was delivered to my residence as promised. The delivery texted that he had arrived; Ilooked outside and he wasn't there, I called his number and determined that he had delivered to 1002 8th Avenue instead of 1002 8th Street, When he arrived I paid the bill with check # 3832 ($761.31) and he departed my residence. I am very satisfied with this service, thank you very much. More
