These guys are great. We were on a cross country trip from Arizona to Ohio on a Saturday morning when our 2019 Expedition developed a a cooling problem. We called the closest dealership which turned out to be Gene Messer of Amarillo. The service people were very helpful. They checked with the mechanics and suggested we come in so they could scan the codes and check the vehicle out. When we arrived Brandon immediately started working in the car, diagnosed the issue (water pump) and had us back on the road. While waiting several staff members checked on us to make sure we were comfortable and offered complimentary coffee/soft drinks. We were able to continue our trip and we made it home safe and sound 1,200 miles later. These guys were lifesavers. They went above and beyond. Thank you so much you were a blessing! More
