I highly recommend Gene Messer Ford in Lubbock Texas! I was driving to Lubbock to do dinner shopping and other things when a warning light for My engine filter came on. I called and spoke to Glen. There were many inconsistencies while the dealer retained my truck for warranty reasons, the necessary part was ordered urgently but once the part arrived 2 weeks before my truck being released the service a my truck for warranty reasons, the necessary part was ordered urgently but once the part arrived 2 weeks before my truck being released the service advisors did not communicate it to me and on many occasions I had to call to see the status of my truck, since warranty approved a car loaner throughout the dealer they never contacted me to keep me informed of the availability of some car ,simply service advisors at this Gene messer Ford in Lubbock Tx location have very poor communication with customers .
