We have been in contact with you daily since it has happened. Jennifer or Richard have updated you throughout the process. The part got delayed, we offered you a loaner car to drive so you were not inconvenienced, offered to deliver the car to your house once completed. Part is in now, and we are diligently working to get it done as soon as possible so that you can enjoy your new vehicle.
