Service dept was able to eventually get our car repaired after a tow, but they appear to be very busy and behind schedule. It took about 4 days for the vehicle to be diagnosed and another 2-3 days for the after a tow, but they appear to be very busy and behind schedule. I went with my numbers and goal in mind and they let me explore my options fairly, though I did have to slow them down because I wasn’t going to be rushed into making a decision or signing papers without me being 100% sure of what I was getting myself into. Overall as a customer and first-time brand-new-vehicle buyer, it was great. Ivan did an outstanding job answering all of our questions and had a ton of patience for my wife and I. He even exhibits the humility to admit when he’s faced with questions he doesn’t know the answer to and goes out of his way to acquire such information for his customers. The promotional discounts they had when I went seemed decent and fair, they were only slightly higher than the purchase price I had in mind to bring them down to.
