I got a flat tire on my leased vehicle and this was by far the WORST service experience I've experienced. This will absolutely impact my decision if I decide to continue leasing with Hyundai in the future far the WORST service experience I've experienced. This will absolutely impact my decision if I decide to continue leasing with Hyundai in the future. I was left without a car for 4 days with no resolution!! That is completely unacceptable! They claimed they only get 18 loaner vehicles and all were out but they usually have 25 + people needing service/day. Corporate needs to add additional loaners bc in this day and age going without a car is not realistic! The communication from service was also horrible. They had a text only thread, you couldn't call this line. When I did call it took forever to get answers. There was no final text or confirmation that my car was ready. Extremely terrible communication and service! More
Quality work did a great job of getting me back on the road! Was promised call backs over 2 days which I never received! I called them! No answer first day and received my car on the second day! Communication was horrible! It was impossible to get thru the service center and if u were lucky to get thru, they would never answer your call! Daniel Enrique was the service advisor and he was awesome!! So helpful and informative! My wait was a little longer than expected but Daniel was so helpful and apologetic for the wait. Bought a Hyundai Palisade new from a dealership out of state which also included road hazard warranty on the tires. Had a flat tire from running over some metal on the highway. Went to the nearest Hyundai state which also included road hazard warranty on the tires. Had a flat tire from running over some metal on the highway. Went to the nearest Hyundai Dealership to get tire replaced and was told you need to go to where you bought the car for the warranty to be valid. More
This place is awful all the way around. My vehicle has been there since the FIRST week of February. There is an engine recall on my engine and my vehicle meets Hyundai's requirements, no ol My vehicle has been there since the FIRST week of February. There is an engine recall on my engine and my vehicle meets Hyundai's requirements, no older than 15 years old which mine is a 2016 and can't have over 150k miles mine has 144k miles. These jokers haven't done a thing and it is now the middle of May almost. No engine check, transmission check, NOTHING!! My vehicle was check by 2 other certified mechanics and both said it needed a new engine, one even went into detail about a code that pulled up while it was being inspected and matches the code that the engine shows when it is a part of the recall. Even though they haven't done any type of engine check they claim it doesn't match Hyundai dealership does here in Lubbock. The manager in the mechanics shop, Victoria, is completely rude, and unprofessional. She does not have any consideration for her customers time and told me that "the mechanic that was at Mears Mazda was fired from their mechanic shop, and didn't know what he was talking about". More
