Thank you I hope you do look into my concerns because this is honestly ridiculous to pay almost 2000 dollars for a repair that doesn’t fix the issue at all and to be lied to about it saying it fixed the concern is honestly a sorry excuse instead of just coming outright and saying “hey my technician misdiagnosed your vehicle” but no I was lied to and told my issue with the popping noise was resolved so I come pay the invoice and pick up vehicle only to discover nothings changed and the same exact noise is still there and I honestly don’t think the vehicle was even driven after the repairs were made because I proceeded to drive the 2 hours back home to notice the vehicle would no shift gears at all and was stuck in fourth gear proceeded to stop at an auto parts store in brownfield to have vehicle scanned and to my surprise there was and abundance of transmission codes that were never cleared after repair thankfully the auto parts employee was nice enough to clear the codes that should’ve been done at the dealership after the repair in the first place and the transmission was shifting normally again as It did before the repairs were made on the vehicle This was honestly a horrible experience and poor workmanship and terrible communication and dishonest service advisor
